The Deputy Manager of Resource Mobilization will play a critical role in driving the fundraising and
resource mobilization strategies of the organization. The incumbent will support the planning,
coordination, and execution of activities to secure funding and partnerships essential for achieving
the organization's mission. The Deputy Manager will work closely with internal teams, donors, and
external stakeholders to develop and maintain robust funding streams.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Assist in the development and implementation of the organization's resource mobilization strategy.
- Identify new funding opportunities, including grants, donations, and partnerships.
- Analyse trends in the social sector to inform and optimize fundraising strategies.

This role is pivotal in ensuring smooth HR operations, complete statutory compliance, and an engaged workforce. The incumbent will be responsible for guiding the HR team, overseeing all core HR processes, and ensuring accuracy, discipline, and integrity across all HR practices.
To be successful in this role, you'll ideally have:
- Lead and manage the HR department, ensuring efficient execution of recruitment, on boarding, payroll, statutory compliance, and employee lifecycle processes.
- Supervise and mentor the HR team, ensuring accountability, adherence to deadlines, and consistency in deliverables.
- Maintain 100% accuracy in HR records, statutory submissions (PF, ESIC, labour laws), and documentation for 1500+ employees.
