In 2003, a group of 10 like-minded people with different expertise began the journey of Ekta Shakti Foundation for the welfare of women and children. Since then, the not-for-profit organization has been working for the holistic development of children, differently abled, youth and women. We began with supporting 18,000 children with mid-day meals in MCD schools of Delhi. Today we feed around 10.47 lakh children everyday. In 2006, we established BrahmaShakti Special School to aid the unique needs of special children. Radhika Skill Development Centre was setup in 2005 to encourage women for work.
To fulfill the dream of "Skilled India", in 2018 ESF established a state of the art training center at Begusarai, Bihar under Pradhan Mantri Kaushal Vikas Yojana (PMKVY) implemented through National Skill Development Corporation (NSDC). Through this program 360 students from rural backgrounds got free of cost skill training, post training skill certificate and placement assistance.

To catalyse ongoing positive transformation in the lives of people, especially disadvantaged children, youth and women through equitable opportunity and inclusive development efforts
We put children, especially girls and women at the center of our efforts. They are often the most disadvantaged and positive change in their lives can be transformational for the entire family and the next generation
